개인정보 처리방침 Privacy policy

주식회사 핀(Pipln, 이하 "회사")은 동해(EastSea) 네트워크의 투표 노드 등록 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최소한의 개인정보만 처리합니다. 이 방침은 무엇을 수집하고, 왜, 얼마나 보관하는지, Apple(미국)으로의 이전, 그리고 이용자의 권리를 설명합니다. 시행일: 2026년 10월 4일. Pipln Inc. (the "company") processes the minimum personal data needed to run the registration service for EastSea voting nodes. This policy explains what is collected and why, how long it is kept, the transfer to Apple (USA), and your rights. Effective October 4, 2026.

이 방침은 동해 지갑·노드 소프트웨어와, 투표 노드 등록 시 쓰이는 Pipln 등록 서비스의 개인정보 처리를 설명합니다. 이 웹사이트 자체는 쿠키·추적 도구 없이 동작하며, 언어 선택만 여러분 기기의 localStorage에 저장됩니다. This policy covers the EastSea wallet and node software, and the Pipln registration service used when you register a voting node. This website itself runs without cookies or trackers; your language choice is stored only in your device's localStorage.

2. 수집하는 항목 2. What is collected

투표 노드 등록 요청 시, 등록 서비스는 다음을 받습니다: When you register a voting node, the registration service receives:

• 네트워크 IP 주소 — 등록 요청 시점의 접속 주소 Your network IP address — the connection address at the moment of registration
• Apple DeviceCheck 기기 확인 토큰 — 기기 정품·중복 등록 확인용 일회성 값 The Apple DeviceCheck token — a one-time value used to check hardware genuineness and duplicate registrations
• 노드 식별자(iroh Node ID)와 투표 공개키 — 등록 기록의 공개 구성 요소 Your node identifier (iroh Node ID) and voting public key — the public parts of the registration record

지갑 개인키(Secure Enclave·브라우저 암호화), 잔액, 거래 기록, 보상 내역은 여러분의 기기에만 있으며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 지갑·노드 앱에는 분석 도구가 없고, 사용 통계도 수집·전송하지 않습니다. Wallet private keys (Secure Enclave, or encrypted in the browser), balances, transaction history and reward records stay on your device and are never sent to a server. The wallet and node apps contain no analytics; no usage statistics are collected or sent.

1기기 1투표 노드 검증, 시빌(Sybil) 공격 방지 및 부정 등록 차단을 위해서입니다(개인정보보호법 제15조 제1항 제4호에 따른 서비스 이용 계약의 체결 및 이행). 이 외의 목적으로 판매·제공하지 않습니다. To verify one voting node per device, and to prevent Sybil attacks and fraudulent registrations (performance of the service contract, under Article 15(1)4 of the Personal Information Protection Act). It is not sold or used for any other purpose.

• Apple DeviceCheck 토큰 — 검증 즉시 파기되며 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. Apple DeviceCheck token — destroyed immediately after verification; never stored on our servers.
• IP 주소 및 등록 로그 — 부정 등록 방지를 위해 등록 완료 후 최대 30일간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. IP addresses and registration logs — kept up to 30 days after registration to prevent fraud, then destroyed.
• 노드 식별자·투표 공개키 — 네트워크의 공개 등록 기록을 구성하므로, 노드가 등록된 동안 공개적으로 존재합니다. Node identifier and voting public key — part of the network's public registration record, so they remain public while the node stays registered.

개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령에 따라, 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 및 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 법령이 정한 기한 안에 조치하고 결과를 알립니다. Under the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, you may request access to, correction, deletion of, or a halt to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Requests to the contact below are handled and answered within the statutory period.

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 다시 적습니다. 수집 항목이 늘어나는 변경은 앱 안내 화면에도 알립니다. If this policy changes, the updated version is published here with a new effective date. Changes that add new categories of collected data are also announced inside the apps.
